· Engage across target market sectors – Actively collaborate and engage with client, stake holders, partners across diverse industries.

· Develop & implement strong strategies to achieve business development goals.

· Should be able to qualify & participate in the RFP / Tenders

Experience and qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience in the recruitment industry .
